Using Audacity to Record and Play Sound
Recording
The Logitech headset should be plugged into the USB port.
Click on the red Record button to begin recording.
Click on the blue Pause button to pause the recording. Press it again to continue.
Click on the yellow Stop button to cease recording. The cursor will return to its previous position, before the recording was started.
Listening/Playback
Click on the green Play arrow button to begin playing recording.
Saving
Choose FILE – Save As and navigate to the correct folder to save the file.
Other Notes
Audacity sound files may be opened and played. These files can also have sound tracks added to them.
Open the file and click the mouse/cursor on the number bar in the location to where the new recording (see example).
This is an example of two sound recordings/tracks in one file.
Remember to save the file again after recording.
