Ladibug Document Camera

The following will show you how to set up the Ladibug document camera, power it on, and display from it onto your projector screen.

There are multiple models of the Ladibug document camera in use in our district; please take note of which one you are using in your classroom.

Locate the power cord. Depending on which model of Ladibug you are using, this may have either a two-prong end or a three-prong end.

Plug it into the back of the Ladibug, in the matching port labeled AC IN.

Plug the other end of the power cord into the wall socket.

HDMI

VGA

Depending on your room setup, your Ladibug may use either an HDMI (left) or VGA (right) connection.

For HDMI:

Plug one end of the HDMI cord into the port labelled HDMI OUT on the side of the Ladibug.

Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into the corresponding port on the wall panel.

For VGA:

Plug one end of the VGA cord into the port labelled VGA OUT on the back of the Ladibug.

Plug the other end of the cord into the corresponding port on the wall panel (similar to picture above).

To turn on the Ladibug, press and hold the power button until the light below it begins to blink blue. While the light is blinking, the Ladibug is still warming up. Once the light holds solid, the Ladibug is done powering up and is ready to be used.

The light next to the camera will turn on as well.

Lastly, power on the projector with the ON button on the wall panel. Select the second input from the top (this should be labeled DOC CAM) to choose the Ladibug as your desired input. Your camera feed should start projecting onto the screen.
