Fixing Keychain Errors

1. Close all open applications and click on Finder.

2. Find the Go option in the top menu bar.

3. Push and hold the Option key as you click on Go. This will bring up the hidden Library folder.

4. While still holding down the Option key, click on Library.

5. Once you are in the Library folder, you should see the Keychains folder. Double-click on the Keychains folder to open it.

6. Delete everything inside the Keychains folder.

If you are not able to delete the contents of the Keychains folder, contact your building technician for additional troubleshooting.

7. Restart your computer, then log back in to your account. If you previously had to enter your old district password to log in, this should now be updated to your new/current password.

8. Empty the trash on your computer.

9. Open Outlook. Enter your new/current password in the Password field, then click the checkbox to remember your password if desired. Click OK.
