Student Teachers

Before receiving a username and password, student teachers must review and initial the following paperwork, then return the signed copies, along with start and end dates, by email or inter-office mail to Tony Sparks.

• Student teachers may bring their own laptops.

  • If you do not have access to a laptop, a spare can be provided.

• After receiving a Johnston district username and password, a building technician will connect your laptop to the district guest WiFi (JCSD Guest).

  • The password for JCSD Guest is subject to change; in this event, please see your building technician to have your connection updated.

• School printers will not be available on student teacher laptops. If you need to print, please use one of the lab computers or have your cooperating teacher print the document for you.
