Staff are expected to have a signature line on their district email accounts.

If staff choose to put district email accounts on their phones, an email signature must also be set up separately on the phone.

osTicket is used for placing maintenance tickets. We use this for tech support regarding hardware, software, iPad apps, and Infinite Campus.

Showbie is an app used to assign, collect, and review student work.

To get your new classes set up within Showbie, you can:

• Copy the class (assignments and shared folder items) to a new class, OR

• Delete the class and start fresh with new classes
