You can setup your account to reflect how the company is structured. Users can be aligned with teams or grouped within a hierarchy of departments and subdivisions in the company.

Departments Per Region

Your company can be structured per region. Users can be aligned with teams or grouped within a hierarchy of departments and subdivisions in the company per region.


Setup your business structure tree

Setting up the company structure is one of the first tasks for a company administrator to complete after the account is approved.

In the company account, the structure of the company is represented as a tree with the company administrator at the top.

The structure of a company account should reflect the purchasing organisation, whether it is simple and flat or a complex organisation with different teams for each subdivision and division of the company.

Add teams to the structure

When teams and users are first added to the company structure, they are placed at the same level under the company administrator.

In the left panel, select Company Structure.

Under Business Structure, click Add Team.

Enter the Team Title and Description.


When complete, click Save.

Create as many teams as needed.


To create a hierarchy of teams, simply move the desired teams based on preference.


To add a subdivision under a parent team, click the parent team and Add Team again.




Repeat these steps to create as many teams, or divisions and subdivisions as needed.

Make changes to the structure

To move teams or divisions to other locations in the structure, click on the team and drag the team to a new position in the company structure.

To delete a team click on the team and click on delete selected.  When prompted to confirm, click delete.

NOTE

Before deleting a team, it is recommended to make sure that the correct team is selected as deleted teams cannot be restored.
