Drivers License/Permit Info

If you are ready to get your license and need proof of enrollment/ ADAP form:

• Email Erin Pettus at ejhsattendance@jcss.us

• The subject line should indicate what you are going to the DMV for- driver's license or learner's permit

• Provide your full name (first, middle, and last)

• Provide full address, including zip code

• Provide your date of birth

When it's ready, Ms. Pettus will email you the pickup time. You then go to the attendance office, tell her your name and what you need, and she will give you the forms, which are only valid for 30 days. Don't forget that there is a $2.00 processing fee- cash only.
