Strand 2

How doES THE ENVIRONMENT influence people?

How do people influence THEIR ENVIRONMENT?

To learn about how the environment (vegetation, landscape, etc.) and people interacted in ancient civilizations, we have to make inferences—conclusions that we reach based on evidence and reasoning. We're going to explore an ancient civilization to see what we can infer about how the people lived and how their environments influenced them.
