Robotics

Robotics is a combination of science, engineering, and technology that produces machines, called robots. These robots serve as substitutes for various human actions, such as automobile assembly lines, earth and space exploration, surgery, and laboratory research. In Robotics Design Innovation, students learn how to design, program and test innovative technological designs related to robotic systems while working in small teams. Students will be required to design, build and program robots capable of performing a variety of predesignated tasks The primary platform used for the class is ROBOTC which is a text based C-language. In addition, students will explore the Python language in a virtual platform.
