Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where are the Zoom links? The session grid with zoom links will be emailed 5-7 days before the event to registered individuals.


2. How do I sign-in/sign-out? Each session is its 'own' program. Join that specific session early enough to get the sign-in link (late arrivals may not be able to 'sign-in'). Stay for the entire session and then complete the 'end-of-session' form. If you leave early, you will not have access to the form.


3. Will this be recorded? Yes, but it will take time for those recordings to be viewable by the community.


4. How do I get SCECHs/CEU/CME's? Your completion of the sign-in and end-of-session forms will document your time and provide us with the information we need for SCECHs/CEU/CME's. Again, each session is its own program. This means that you may receive continuing education credits for several different topics from this one day. It also means if you arrive late or leave early from a session, you may not be eligible for continuing education credits.


5. How can I get a certificate of completion? We are currently set up for the 'sign-in' and 'end-of-session' forms to email your responses to you. The combination of the two should have everything you need in terms of documentation of your attendance, session name, date and time.


6. How do I unregister? While we are sad that you won't be joining us, we definitely understand. Please email cpage4@hfhs.com to unregister.
