Travel arrangements

Everybody is responsible for arranging timely arrival to and from Kaunas city.

• Arrival to Kaunas city latest by Friday, August 23 at 09AM GMT 

• Departure from Kaunas city earliest on Sunday, August 25 at 15PM 

Transport between RGDA venue and Kaunas city will be arranged by the organizing team.

Kaunas airport (KUN) up to 20 min by Bolt/Taxi (8,00 -15,00 €) / and about 40 min by bus (No. 29)(1,00 €) from-to bus/train station/city centre.

Main Vilnius airport (VNO) is about 1:30 h by bus or train (8,00 - 15,00 €) away from Kaunas city. From Vilnius airport its easiest to take a Bolt/taxi to bus/train station and from here go to Kaunas city. 

Participants are asked not to book any tickets before receiving confirmation from the organizer team.
