・全員1ドル（登録料のみ）
会員の条件
ご自身のお名前が法人または個人会員の名簿に記載されていること、
本年度会費を既にお支払いいただいていること、
会員のご家族は非会員となります。
ポットラックパーティのみの参加は無料ですが、お料理は必ずお持ち下さい。
参加条件：
○商工会会員・家族、ゲストを問いません。ぜひお誘い合わせの上ご参加下さい。未成年の場合は大人の同伴が必要です。
○下記2通の同意書をご提出頂くことが参加条件となります。
①同意書／Letter of Consent (Waiver Form)の提出
②施設指定の同意書
※①については、PDF添付にて上記担当理事宛に事前にメール送信もしくは当日ご持参願います。18歳未満の場合、保護者の署名が必要です。署名が無い場合は参加をご遠慮頂きますので、ご注意願います。
※②については、お申し込み後、別途お知らせするURLより、オンラインにてご提出下さい。
Fee per person:
<14 years old and older>
- JCAW member*: $16.00 (Includes $1.00 Transaction Fee)
- Non-member: $32.00 (Includes $2.00 Transaction Fee)
<13 years old and younger>
$1.00 ( No Admission, $1.00 Registration Fee)
To get the JCAW member rate, a person must meet both of these conditions:
Their name is listed in the Member Directory (either under an individual membership or a company membership), and
They have paid this year's membership fee.
*Family members of listed individuals do not qualify for the member rate unless they are also listed in the Member Directory and have paid the fee.
NOTE:
Fees are only required for those who will be playing tennis. If you're just coming for the Potluck, there is no fee – the Potluck is Free.
However, if you plan to join the Potluck, please bring a dish to share. Homemade food is very welcome!
Eligibility Requirements :
Players 13 years old or younger are also welcome to play (lessons sessions are available as well.)
- Submission of 2 WAIVER Forms as below is required to participate in tennis.
