Let’s create something that actually moves people.
Let’s create something that actually moves people.
Not just another interview.
Not just another conversation.
Something that lands... and lingers.
Something your audience feels in their body long after it’s over.
Hi, I’m Jayna.
I work with high-performing leaders, founders, and visionaries who are no longer available for success at the cost of their nervous system.
My work lives at the intersection of:
leadership
storytelling
nervous system science
and emotional regulation
Which means when I step into a conversation, I’m not there to perform.
I’m there to speak my truth.
And that requires the right room.
I don’t say yes to many collaborations.
Not because I’m closed off...
because I care deeply about the integrity of the space we create together.
The audience.
The energy.
The intention behind the conversation.
All of it matters to me.
Because the right collaboration doesn’t just benefit us...
it serves the people listening in a real, grounded, and lasting way.
The best collaborations tend to feel like:
- A conversation that’s held, not carried.
- A space where expression isn’t filtered or managed.
- An audience that’s ready for depth, not just information.
- A shared intention to create something meaningful, not just filler content.
There’s a level of presence, clarity, and care that you can feel immediately.
If you’ve experienced that before… you know.
Most of the invitations I say yes to come from:
- Event organizers curating intentional, high-level rooms
- Podcast hosts with a clear voice and an engaged, growth-minded audience
- Platforms that value depth, nuance, and real conversation
If that’s you—there’s a good chance we’ll feel aligned.
At the same time, I’ve learned to be very honest about what doesn’t work.
I’m not the best fit for:
- spaces that require me to filter or dilute my expression
- conversations without structure or intention
- platforms rooted in rigid ideology or one-way messaging
Not because they’re wrong...
because they’re not the environments where I do my best work.
If you’re feeling a sense of *yes* as you read this…
I’d love to learn more about what you’re creating.
There’s a short collaboration request form below where you can share:
- your audience
- your vision for the conversation
- and what feels most aligned about this opportunity
From there, I’ll personally review each submission with care.
❌ The goal isn’t to create more content.
✅ It’s to create something that actually matters.
If that’s the standard you hold too,
we’ll get along just fine. 👍🏻
*Due to the volume of requests, only aligned opportunities will receive a response.
