We had a great Fall Festival on Saturday, September 17 on Jesup Green, outside the Westport Library. The weather was perfect, and the event was well attended. Here are some highlights.
New York Taiko Aiko Kai kicked off the festival, and played more sets later, capping the day off with a hands-on workshop.

The Nazuka Dojo karate school gave a demonstration with a mixture of basic moves, board breaking, weapons, and self-defense moves.
The Rev. Miki Nakura led Seiza meditation sessions.
Tenugui (traditional hand-dyed cotton) by Wuhao NY, Japanese ceramics by Hiroko Yokotagawa and Sawami Aoki, and kimono by SonoKimono were available for purchase.
