Mission Statement
The Tochigi Chapter of JALT is based in Tochigi Prefecture, but we warmly welcome anyone who is interested in language teaching and learning, whether as a regular member, a local member or a one-day member. Our chapter provides a forum for professional development through regular presentations, workshops and meetings which cover the theoretical as well as practical. We also provide the chance to learn from and network with our members, who come from all walks of language teaching. See our Coming Events page and join us at our next meeting!
