I am Sourav Sarkar. Welcome to my homepage.

Currently, I am serving as an  Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering,  Jadavpur University. 

My current research interests include reacting flows, multiphase flows (Like droplets, sprays, bubbles etc.) and thermal management of batteries. I am extremely enthusiastic about solving problems in the Mechanical Engineering domain using Internet of Things, Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. Furthermore, I am involved in several energy-related activities, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning of buildings and industries.
