LipIC-O-Pred v1 (Lipase Inhibitory Concentration for Obesity Predictor) is an intuitive web-based platform for predicting the pIC₅₀ (μM) and applicability domain (AD) status of potential lipase-inhibitory compounds. Users can draw chemical structures directly on the platform or provide SMILES strings for individual predictions, while batch prediction is supported through Excel (.xlsx) files containing compound identifiers and SMILES strings.
BitPepPred-RA (Bitter Peptide Predictor Using Read-Across Framework) is an intuitive web-based platform for classifying bitter peptides and non-bitter peptides, with quantitative prediction of bitterness values for peptides identified as bitter. The platform also provides prediction reliability, applicability domain (AD) status, amino acid distribution, hydrophobicity, charge, and other sequence-based statistics. Users can enter peptide sequences using single-letter amino acid codes for individual predictions, while batch prediction is supported through Excel (.xlsx) files containing a ‘Sequence’ column.
“Soil Sorption Estimator (SSE)”: A web-based predictive platform to compute LogKOC of chemicals with applicability domain (AD) information, providing insight into the reliability of predictions.
FL_AOP36_predictor: Tool used for the prediction of hepatic steatosis, where AOP (AOP-36) informed models were used for prediction (three targets were used: PPAR-gamma/beta/alpha).
OralAbsPredict: This tool is used for the prediction of oral absorption properties of chemicals. This tool mainly predicts human intestinal absorption (HIA) and human oral bioavailability (HOB) at two biological thresholds.
RDTox: This tool is used for the prediction of repeated-dose toxicity of the chemicals. This tool runs two models (OECD TG 408 LOAEL and OECD TG 407 & 422 LOAEL) and returns predicted classes.
