Junior achievement's volunteer conduct & media standards 

Before any JA volunteer can work with students, whether volunteering in person, beaming into a classroom live, or pre-recording videos, there are forms that must be signed. This year, we are utilizing AssureSign to allow volunteers the convenience of securely signing these forms remotely. 

1. To access the volunteer documents, please click on this link:

2. Enter in your personal information and AssureSign will send a verification code to your email.

3. From there, AssureSign will prompt you through the necessary steps to sign and submit your volunteer forms. 

4. JA will be notified when you have completed your forms.
