  • Begin Teaching: 9:30 am

  • Departure: 1:35 pm

  • Parking: You may park in the school parking lot.  There is very little parking in the front of the school on Binns Blvd but there is more parking around the back off of Briggs Rd. 

  • Building Entrance: You will need to be buzzed into the building

  • Check-in at the Office: Volunteer name stickers will be created ahead-of-time by school staff. Please bring a photo ID (e.g. driver's license or state ID) just in case  

  • Base Camps:

  • Classroom gifts: Treats must be peanut, tree nut, allergen, egg free. Rice Krispy Treats are suggested

  • Lunch: Room 158

  • Water: Please be sure to bring water - you'll be talking a lot!

  • Restrooms: There 4 bathrooms: Two are past the front desk on the right all the way down the hallway to the left. There is one immediately to the left of the students' bathrooms in the K-2 hallway. As you go down the 3-5 hallway, take a right at the first hallway across from the students' bathrooms. The 4th bathroom will be to the right of the teachers' lounge.

  • Clothing:

    • • Volunteers should wear either business casual clothing or company-branded shirts - beyond that, no sports/band/etc. logo attire please 

      • Comfortable shoes are key - you will likely be standing for much of the day

      • School temperatures can vary - consider wearing layers
