Crystal Anlage is the Founder and Executive Director of the Jacksonville Survivors Foundation, bringing survivor-led leadership and trauma-informed advocacy to every aspect of the organization’s work. She oversees JSF’s strategic direction, programs, partnerships, and day-to-day operations, ensuring families impacted by homicide receive compassionate support, clear guidance, and a community that understands. Crystal is committed to strengthening survivor voices, expanding access to resources, and building a “Survivors FOR Survivors” network across Jacksonville and surrounding counties.
Director of Finance | Founder | Survivor
Matt Anlage serves as JSF’s Director of Finance and a founding leader of the organization. He provides financial oversight to support responsible stewardship of donations, grants, and in-kind support, helping ensure JSF remains sustainable and mission-focused. Matt assists with budgeting, financial planning, and accountability practices that allow JSF to grow while staying grounded in the needs of survivors and families affected by homicide.

Kim Salerno serves as JSF’s Assistant Director and a Victim Advocate, supporting the organization’s programs, survivor engagement, and day-to-day operations. She helps strengthen JSF’s advocacy efforts by providing compassionate guidance, resource connection, and consistent support to families impacted by homicide. Kim also contributes to event support and community collaboration—helping JSF expand its reach and deepen its impact.

Shontae Jackson serves as Director of Community Engagement, helping JSF build meaningful relationships with survivors, community partners, and local organizations. She supports outreach efforts, connection to resources, and engagement opportunities that strengthen survivor community and increase awareness of JSF’s services. Shontae’s survivor perspective helps guide JSF’s community-centered approach—ensuring families feel seen, supported, and included.

Heather Vogel-Moorer serves as JSF’s Director of Communications, supporting how the organization shares its mission, programs, and survivor-centered messaging with the public. She helps ensure JSF communicates with clarity, compassion, and consistency across platforms, while uplifting survivor voices and promoting community education. Heather’s work strengthens awareness, builds trust, and helps families find support when they need it most.

Marisa Norse serves as JSF’s Director of Marketing, supporting the organization’s outreach, visibility, and brand presence. She helps develop marketing strategies that increase community awareness, grow engagement, and strengthen support for JSF programs and events. Through intentional messaging and promotion, Marisa helps connect more survivors and community partners to JSF’s mission and opportunities to get involved.
