We would like to inform you that due to unforeseen and extraordinary circumstances, the venue for the XIX Mexican Symposium on Medical Physics and the VIII Clinical Medical Physics Symposium has been changed.
The event will now take place on November 4th, 5th, and 6th at the Convention Center inside the Instituto Nacional de Rehabilitación (INR).
Please take note of the specific room assignments for each day:
• Wednesday, November 4th & Thursday, November 5th: Tenacazpati Conference Room (Sala de Conferencias Tenacazpati).
• Friday, November 6th: Temazcal Room (Sala Temazcal).
• Poster Presentations: All poster sessions will be held in the Lobby of the Convention Center.
• The schedule for both presentations and posters remains unchanged.
• • Address: Av. México-Xochimilco No. 289, Col. Arenal de Guadalupe, Z.C. 14389, Tlalpan Borough, Mexico City.
* General Phone: 55 5999 1000 (with extensions for the education or events departments, e.g., ext. 14301 / 14303).
* Access: Please present an official ID (such as an INE card or passport) at the institute's main entrance booth. We will provide a list containing the registered names of the speakers and attendees for our event.
We sincerely apologize for this sudden change and any inconvenience it may cause. We are deeply grateful to the Instituto Nacional de Rehabilitación (INR) for generously opening its doors and providing the space needed to ensure the success of this year's Medical Physics symposium.

On behalf of the organizing committee of the Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana campus Iztapalapa and the Medical Physics Division of the Mexican Physical Society, you are invited to the XIX edition of the Mexican Symposium on Medical Physics & VIII Symposium on Clinical Medical Physics to be held in Mexico City.
The official language of the Symposium will be English & Spanish.
