This group was born out of personal experience and a deeply felt need. When I entered the world of innovation, I quickly realized how often women’s voices were missing. I sat in rooms filled with brilliant minds, but the overwhelming majority were men. It felt isolating and unrepresentative. I knew incredible women were out there, leading, creating, and innovating, but they weren’t always visible.

That’s why this group was created: To build a space where women in innovation are not only seen and heard, but supported, celebrated, and empowered.

Our mission is to create a vibrant community and advocacy platform where accomplished women can connect, younger professionals can find role models, and all of us can collectively elevate the importance of gender representation in innovation. Through speaker series, thought-provoking articles, and global collaboration, this group aim to drive lasting change and make the innovation landscape more inclusive for all.

This is more than a group—it’s a movement. And it’s only just beginning.
