Our Innovation Academy empowers medium and large organizations to cultivate internal innovation capabilities and drive sustainable growth.
We offer a diverse portfolio of courses and tools, to spread an innovation mindset throughout the organization. We provide the development of a customized Learning Management System (LMS), which integrates with the company’s needs and enables scalable deployment of innovation training.
As part of this process, we train representatives from the organization and license the organization to deliver our content internally through a "train-the-trainer" model. This empowers organizations to independently sustain innovation training and embed an innovation culture at all levels.
