Tracking Hours

All Ambassadors in need of tracking hours must inform the Programs Manager at the beginning of the semester. Ambassadors are required to utilize the online volunteer portal, Connect4Literacy.org. Ambassadors are responsible for completing your classroom check-in sheet before and after each visit. All check-in sheets will be verified by the Program Site Supervisor and respective teacher.

We will track your hours based on your classroom check-in sheet (see below). All hours will be updated on your C4L profile on Fridays.

If you need your hours updated on a specific date, please email the Programs Manager at least 3 days in advance.

Downloading Your Confirmed Hours (Example)

Log into your C4L account > Click "My Account"

Scroll down > Click "Print Volunteer History"
