1. Access to the Venue

Please refer to the venue information page on the official conference website. There are no parking or bicycle parking facilities on campus. Please use public transportation.

2. Conference Registration

- Location: Student Center, Building A, 1st floor (Student Lounge)

- Hours:

  - Thursday, September 24: 8:30–18:45

  - Friday, September 25: 8:30–17:30

  - Saturday, September 26: 8:30–16:00

- Registration: 

  Please collect your name badge at the registration desk in the Student Lounge. All participants are required to wear their name badges inside the venue.

3. Cloakroom

- Location: Student Center, Building A, 1st floor (Lecture Room G19)

- Hours:

  - Thursday, September 24: 8:30–18:45

  - Friday, September 25: 8:30–17:30

  - Saturday, September 26: 8:30–16:00

# Please keep valuables and electronic equipment, such as personal computers, with you. These items cannot be accepted at the cloakroom.

4. Internet (Wi-Fi)

- Eduroam is available at the venue.

5. Cafeteria, Campus Store, and Lunch

Thursday, September 24, and Friday, September 25

- Central Cafeteria: 11:30–13:30

- Campus Store: 10:00–17:00

Saturday, September 26

As it is a holiday, the campus cafeterias and campus store will be closed. We apologize for the inconvenience and recommend using restaurants and convenience stores near the university.

6. Important Notices

- Questions and comments: 

  Those wishing to ask a question or make a comment should line up at the microphone. Please follow the chairperson’s instructions and state your affiliation and name before speaking.

- Mobile phones:

  Please turn off your mobile phone or set it to silent mode in the lecture rooms.

- No photography, filming, or recording: 

  Photography, video recording, and audio recording without permission are strictly prohibited in the lecture rooms.

- No smoking:

  Iwate University is entirely smoke-free.
