You can pay the conference registration fee and the reception fee by credit card or bank transfer. Please refer to the registration form for details.

Registration is available only in advance. Please note that on-site registration will not be available.

General oral presentations will each have 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A sessions. Presenters are requested to prepare their presentation materials as outlined below:

As a general rule, please upload your presentation materials (PDF file) to the Confit abstract submission site between September 1 (Tuesday) 12:00 and September 15 (Tuesday) 17:00. There are no restrictions on the file name, but please insert a first slide containing the [Presentation Number, Presenter Name, Presentation Title] in the format [OR1-1 Hanako Iwate, Bovine Early Embryos ...]. 

If you wish to use a video, please contact the Conference Secretariat (srd2026@iwate-u.ac.jp). 

In addition, please save your presentation materials (PDF file) on a USB memory stick and bring it with you to the conference venue as a precaution.

The venue’s screens and projectors support a 16:9 aspect ratio. Slides may be prepared in either 4:3 or 16:9, but 16:9 is recommended.

The method for submitting PDF files for the Outstanding Presentation Award candidate presentations will be communicated separately by the secretariat.
