Registration for XPRAG 2022 Main Conference

The online registration for XPRAG 2022 Conference **is now closed** for in-person and online participation.

Instructions for Registration and fee payment:

Note that the registration procedure will be completed only after the payment of the Conference fees (if due).
After submitting the registration form, you will receive via e-mail the instructions to pay the fees.

More information concerning the data required for registration and fee payment is directly provided in the registration form.

Deadline for online registration and payment of Conference fees: July 15, 2022 July 31, 2022, by midnight Central European Summer Time (23:59 CEST).

**NOTE:**

In-person participation is limited to 140 available seats, with priority to accepted speakers and co-authors. Online participation has no limitation in the number of available places.

Cancellation policy:

Any request must be sent to XPRAG 2022 Committee: xprag2022@iusspavia.it

Where the registrant is unable to attend, then the following refund arrangements apply:

a. Registrations cancelled before August 22, 2022: 50% refund of registration fees.

b. Registrations cancelled after August 22, 2022: not eligible for refund.

c. Changes from in-person to online modality: not eligible for refund.

Eligible refund will be paid after the conference via bank transfer to the account of the payee (all bank charges payable by the recipient).
