When you come to meet with me, I am here to listen. I will also help you solve problems that you might have with friends, family, and others. Together, we will learn how to be the best version of yourself and gain the coping skills to manage your struggles. When you come to see me, we might do a variety of activities, including talking, reading, drawing, playing games, practicing relaxation, or working on skills to be successful.
