The first material of concern is the power plug and the power strip. It does not cause any potential safety hazard and both students know how to use it safely. This plug was used in prototypes 1-3 and not in prototype 4, the one being currently presented.

The second material was the copper coils. These coils do not contain any toxic or hazardous metals, they are made out of pure copper. These coils are safe to use for scientific purposes.
