Grecia Palomar, Instructor, DC82 “Many Voices, One Movement” - Explores diversity in the labor movement, union milestones, and contributions of marginalized groups.

Thomas Aasheim, DOT,DC 82, IUPAT Director of Training Leadership Training - Provides ongoing analysis and best practices to develop new and current DOTs.

By applying instructional design principles to real-world topics, these projects create effective learning experiences that improve member knowledge and performance.

The iFTI Master Instructor Capstone class was led by iFTI  Instructors/Advisors Alice Gwinn and Lisa Berlin of the iFTI Curriculum Department with support from the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Tom Pfundstein.
