- 1: 500 Site Plan with Roof Plan - addressing all edges and ground cover of the entire site within its boundary line (landscape, hardscape, tarmac cover, car & motorcycle parking, pedestrian pathways, vegetation cover, outdoor activity space, connection to sports area, bus stops, existing pedestrian walkway etc.)
- 1:200 Ground Floor Plan with immediate site context to explain connection between indoor & outdoor, arrival, welcoming effects, building perimeter apron, extended function(s) from indoor to outdoor.
- 1:200 Other Floor Plan(s) with clear indication of interior functions (preferably custom furniture), specific types of doors, windows and walls, vertical & horizontal connection, level up/down
- 1:200 Sections (x2) with clear indication of vertical connection, level up/down, volume from floor to ceiling, services area within ceiling space, structure to support roof, roof form.
- Proposal of Elevation / Facade
- 3D sketches of form & Facade
- Schedule of Accommodation
- Precedent Studies of all aspects above to assist presentation of ideas.
- Proposal for Universal Design on site planning involving - Disabled parking and access to building, connection of pedestrian circulation around the site, ramps of 1:12 ratios where necessary.
