SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
In line with the Sustainable Development Goals 2015-2030 by the United Nations, your design project must at least address 1 GOAL, either theoretically, or technically. This will be identified at the Conceptual Stage, and later materialized through the Schematic and Design Development stage. You will be required to produce an infographic explaining your effort. We understand this is new, so chill. We will help you through this. Please refer to the Key Area #2.
UNIVERSAL DESIGN
As part of our effort to make our architecture accessible for all especially people with different abilities, it is important that we understand the core principles of Universal Design. This will be identified at the Schematic Stage when planning the layout of your interior spaces (and some exterior), and later be detailed out at Design development stage. You will be required to produce specific diagrams to portray your Universal Design scheme. Please refer to the Key Area #3.
PLANNING REQUIREMENT: Site Planning PLANNING FOR VEHICLE:
PARKING: On-site Ground parking for 20 units of car and 20 units of motorcycles. Sub-basement or Basement parking is not allowed

EXISTING PEDESTRIAN WALKWAY: to assess the viability of the existing facility, and redesign where needed.
UNIVERSAL DESIGN: Pedestrian access must be disabled-friendly
