Candleheart Ministries Inc. - This program is a life recovery program live in facility for prisoners, addicts, veterans and homeless with no barriers. The program is a working program all clients must participate in ministry activities to serve others. The goal is to build through integrity and Biblical Principal’s . The goal is self sufficiency with the heart for the Word. Becoming leaders in the community. All clients based on individual needs will be navigated to services within the community to overcome the lifestyle that has them in their current status in life. Candleheart also has a Rapid Rehousing program to assist in obtaining permanent Housing.

Chambersburg Cold Weather Drop in Shelter -This shelter is a Christian-based program developed to provide a warm, safe and clean environment for those who are homeless, and have no options for shelter during the cold inclement months of the year.

SCCAP - Homeless Services - Shelters are the first line of defense for a family who meets the McKinney-Vento Definition of Homelessness. People coming to the shelter are there for a brief amount of time with all of their focus on getting permanently housed. Once the individual or family is housed, we will continue to work with them to find appropriate supports or employment to help them maintain permanent housing.

ELRCs consolidate the work of former Child Care Information Service Agencies (CCIS) and the former Regional Keys to create an enhanced resource and referral system for communities seeking early learning services and supports.
