Fee-based service that must be requested by a district LEA representative. An AT Evaluation may include, but is not limited to: collection of case history, collaboration with current team members (including parents), utilization of the SETT process, direct student observation, working directly with the student in a diagnostic way, and making recommendations. A formal report will be provided to the student's home LEA/district at the completion of the independent evaluation. The AT evaluator may attend a Multi-Disciplinary Team meeting (to review the evaluation and/or the IEP meeting) per district request.

Fees for the 2023-24 school year were $1000/day (7.0 hours of work) and $500/half day (3.5 hours of work). Updated fees for the 2023-24 school year will be posted as soon as they are available
Evaluations will be provided by Student Services staff members
