About Me

I was born and raised in a small village in Haryana, India — in a country of over 1.5 billion people, each carrying their own ambitions and constraints. Growing up, I witnessed scarcity not as an abstract economic concept, but as a lived reality. Limited access to education, financial opportunity, and infrastructure shaped the trajectories of many families around me. From an early age, I understood that financial systems — when inaccessible — can quietly determine futures.

My parents were determined to change that trajectory for me. Through sacrifice and persistence, they ensured I received a strong education, which ultimately fueled my ambition to pursue opportunities beyond my village. I developed a deep motivation not simply to succeed, but to understand the mechanisms of wealth creation, capital allocation, and financial mobility.

In 2022, I moved to the United States to attend the Kelley School of Business at IU Indianapolis, majoring in Finance and Real Estate. As a Kelley Honors student maintaining a 3.90 GPA, I have strengthened my analytical foundation in financial modeling, investment analysis, and corporate valuation. Leadership roles in the Real Estate Club and as Vice President of New Member Education for DAIRE further developed my ability to collaborate, mentor, and build community.

Professionally, I have worked as a healthcare consulting analyst at Core Finance Team, auditing over $50 million in hospital invoices and authoring research on Medicare Wage Index reclassification. This experience reinforced the critical role finance plays in sustaining essential institutions. As Manager of the Mathematics Assistance Center, I led a team of over 45 staff members, learning firsthand how leadership requires both operational precision and empathy.

My long-term goal is to build a career in finance that enables both professional excellence and social impact. I ultimately hope to return to India to promote financial literacy and expand economic opportunity in communities similar to the one that shaped me. My journey from a rural village to the Kelley School of Business reflects not only personal ambition, but a commitment to creating opportunities for others.
