Social/Community Initiative

This initiative plans all of our social and philanthropy events. Joining this initiative gives you the opportunity to partner with other Kelley/IU organizations and Bloomington non-profits. On the Social/Community Initiative, you truly have the opportunity to have a hands-on approach to making a positive impact in Bloomington. Past events include: Hide and SEEK, bowling at the IMU, a period poverty drive, clothing drive, and writing letters to our Bloomington bus drivers!

Professional Development Initiative

The Professional Development Initiative works on creating valuable events for our members, including resume workshops, instruction on how to give an effective elevator pitch, and guest speaker panels. They often work with other organizations, allowing SEEKers to network with other students. Unlike other Kelley organizations, our professional development events also place an emphasis on how to navigate the corporate world with a interest in social impact.
