Career Goals

My current career goal is to obtain a Bachelor's of Science degree in Neuroscience then head to medical school and futher, in hopes of becoming a Neurosurgeon. I have these goals because I have the passion to help people, especially those who are less priviledged than I am. Because of my background, there are a lot of people in where I'm from who don't have the ability to take themselves to the hospital for treatment due different circumstances and I want to be someone that impact people's life for the better through medical care.

I am sure of this career option because I am usually not fazed with the site of blood and other things. Also, I have been doing a ot of research concerning my goal and it becomes more interesting the more I find out about it. I also applied for a job in a hospital to see how a life in the hospital would be when I eventually get there.

What I can do now to prepare for my future is to plan my classes accordingly so that I would've taken all the classes needed for me to pass the MCAT.  By the end of the spring semester, I will be preparinng to take summer classes that'll make me to take all the classes I need for the MCAT.  By this time next year, I will be preparing for the MCAT.
