Design. Build. Reinvest.

To meet the needs of the Orange County community, the construction of one pilot home is a good first step, but it is only a first step. In recognition of this, we propose a cycle of home development which will permit the reinvestment of initial donor funds into subsequent housing projects, each tailored to the needs of a specific client.

Community members have expressed interest in groupings of homes for retirees wishing to age in place together, and for modest homes to be built to replace aging manufactured houses. All of these options are available in the future and once the success of the pilot cycle has been demonstrated

The needs of the OC community around well-designed, moderately priced, sustainable and efficient homes is evident. We seek your partnership and support in starting this reinvestment cycle.
