Jovie of Greater Indianapolis is dedicated to reimagining childcare by providing trusted, flexible, and high-quality caregiving services to families. Their mission is to Build Stronger Families by alleviating the challenges of childcare through vetted and reliable caregivers. They strive to adapt to the evolving needs of parents, ensuring seamless support for their work-life balance.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Intern, my role involves a mix of social media marketing, community outreach, and event management to promote Jovie’s caregiving opportunities and services.
My key responsibilities include:
Social Media Engagement: Posting and creating Instagram Reels and TikToks to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Event Coordination: Scheduling and attending recruitment booths at local high schools and universities to attract potential caregivers and customers
Campus Outreach: Posting flyers and connecting with student organizations to spread awareness about Jovie’s opportunities.
Content Planning: Assisting in scheduling monthly social media content and engaging caregivers through Slack and other channels.
Community Engagement: Attending local events, posting flyers at businesses, and promoting Jovie’s services to families and caregivers.
