I am a first generation college student at IUPUI and I am currently a sophomore majoring in social work with a minor in Spanish and a certificate in child abuse and neglect. I am also in a sorority on campus called Alpha Sigma Alpha where we raise money and volunteer for Special Olympics and also Girls on the Run. I am from a very small town in northern Indiana and have two older sisters, 2 younger sisters, 2 younger brothers, 3 nephews and one niece. In school I was involved in choir and show choir for seven years and also involved in 4H for eight years. I was also in various clubs in high school for four years.
