Upon completing my Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management at Indiana University’s Fairbanks School of Public Health, I am committed to advancing my education by pursuing a Master of Health Administration (MHA) at Indiana University Indianapolis. This program will equip me with the strategic, operational, and financial management skills necessary to excel in leadership roles within healthcare organizations.

My decision to pursue an MHA is driven by my passion for long-term care and hospital administration. I am eager to apply my academic knowledge and hands-on experience to leadership roles that focus on improving care delivery, optimizing resources, and fostering a culture of excellence. This advanced degree will position me to take on senior leadership roles, such as Executive Director or Administrator, where I can make a lasting impact on healthcare operations and patient outcomes.
