Get Ready to Think Big, Build Bold, and Create the Future!
The 2025 Southside Regional Governor’s School (SRGS) is all about STEM + Entrepreneurship — and it’s your chance to dive into the action. This isn't your average summer program. For one week, you’ll team up with other creative, motivated students to tackle real-world problems, design game-changing solutions, and pitch your ideas like a pro.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll get hands-on with cutting-edge tech, digital media labs, and fully-equipped maker spaces (yes, both wet and dry labs!) at Longwood University’s SEED Innovation Hub. You'll build prototypes, bring your ideas to life, and level up your skills in science, business, marketing, and more.
Learn from the Best
Longwood faculty and local innovators will lead fun, interactive sessions — plus you’ll get insider tips from real entrepreneurs and STEM pros who’ve been there, done that, and are excited to help you do it too.
By the end of the week, you’ll present your project to a panel of professionals — showing off your creativity, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Whether you’re into coding, science, startups, or just love big ideas, SRGS 2025 is your launchpad. Are you ready to create something amazing?
