All students must submit a complete application by April 23, 2025 to be considered for SRGS. A complete application includes:

Applications will be reviewed by a committee and applicants will be notified of their acceptance by May 12, 2025. Participants will need to commit their acceptance by May 20, 2025. Details for each of the components are provided below.

The student application contains demographic (grade, age, school, etc.) and contact information, as well as questions about extracurricular activities and desire to be part of SRGS. To view a copy of the application prior to the online submission, you can view the questions here.
There is a parent/guardian section that will also need to be completed.

Teacher Recommendation
Teacher Recommendation
One teacher recommendation is required. The recommendation must come from a teacher you currently have or had during the previous school year. The form is submitted online — please provide the link to the teacher you would like to complete it on your behalf. Be sure to ask early and thank your teacher!
