Drop off begins at 8:45AM each day
Students should be on campus no later than 8:55AM
If students arrive after 9:00AM, the person dropping off must walk them to their class.
If you know that your child will be absent or late, please call 434-395-2915 and leave a message.
If your child is absent and we are not notified, a staff member will call to account for them.
Transportation may be provided by schools; if you have not received information about bus transportation, please contact your school for more information.
Parents/Guardians that are dropping off a student for camp, must complete the following form by June 7th: https://forms.gle/DjVw9ByXTMrAjehZ9
Follow-Up details for Car Riders regarding traffic patterns and designated drop-off/pick-up areas will be sent via email.
Departure from camp will begin at 3:00pm each day;
It is the parent/guardians responsibility to make arrangements for pick-ups if not a bus rider (see above)
Families that are Car Riders will be provided a window sign to assist in picking up your TAG student on the first day of drop-off/pick-up. These should be displayed and visible from the windshield of the car.
If a person arrives without a window pass they must park on Pine Street walk to the pick-up area to provide picture identification. A teacher or TAG Camp staff member will confirm that authorization had been in made in advance before releasing the student. There will be no exceptions for releasing a student to someone NOT on the parent’s approval list.
