A business conference is a great place to meet new people, make new friends and create contacts for the future.
On the 28th of March, 2025 a select group of our participants will be meeting in the beautiful city of Ghent to discuss the Project and reflect on career goals. And don't forget the networking!
Our Day Starts at 13:00 at the HoGent University's Schoonmeersen campus. Below you will find the various meetings and events we have organised.
Senior Lecturer and supply chain expert, Fabienne Mornie will host our opening event -
the business lunch.
Here, attendees can break the ice and connect for the first time IRL.
With a keynote presentation on the importance of soft-skills and networking, ItsTheProject coordinator, Dartanjan Anderson-Rose will kick-off a number of presentations by student experts who have experienced working on the Project.
There will also be time for discussion and feedback on the challenges and successes that have occured.
No business conference is complete without exploring the host city and getting to know the attendees better.

While HoGent and AMSIB are organizing this conference. All attendees are required to arrange their own travel and other expenses. The business lunch will be provided courtesy of Hogent.
While on campus all students should be aware that they are acting representatives of their home institution and should conduct themselves as such. This is a professional exercise.
