There are several ways to access your tickets:
Click the link in your confirmation email and follow the instructions. Download your tickets via the link that was emailed under "PRINT TO GO"
Log into My Account, find the order, and click “Print.”
Go to iTickets.co.za/register/print. Enter your email address and full order number. (The full order number consists of a number, a dash, and then your short order number, which is 7-8 digits (e.g 106271-1234567). Both can be found in your confirmation email.)
NB: Screenshots are not valid for entry. Only tickets purchased from iTickets.co.za are valid for entry. If you’ve purchased tickets from secondary resellers such as Viagogo, you will not be permitted entry into the venue and we urge you to contact iTickets.

Plan to arrive early to avoid queues.
The Cape Town Country Festival will be a large-capacity event, we strongly suggest that you plan your journey and allow for extra travel time, time to get into the stadium, and arrive early to avoid queues and traffic congestion.
The following transport options are recommended:
OPTION 1: PARK AND RIDE
A temporary Park and Ride station will be set up within walking distance from the stadium entrance. Signage, staff, and security will be deployed to assist passengers on arrival and departure.
Your Park and Ride ticket will include return transport and includes free, undercover parking at all departure points.
The last bus will depart from DHL Stadium no later than 60 mins after the conclusion of the final performance.
By making use of this service, you will be making a huge contribution towards reducing the carbon footprint of the event and traffic induced stress around the stadium.

Do I need to create an account to purchase tickets with iTickets?
No, we don’t require customers to create an account with us to purchase tickets
Why are there better seats available after I've already completed my purchase?
When a customer begins the purchase process their seats are pulled out of the available inventory until they purchase them. If someone has held seats before you began your transaction, but later decides not to buy them, they are released back for sale. This is a common occurrence, especially during the on-sale of a popular event.
I don't have a credit card. Can I still use your site?
Yes. You have four payment options on our website i.e. Credit card, Cheque card, EFT or Direct deposit.
I don't have a printer. Can I still use your site?
Yes. You can still order tickets online, download your tickets as a pdf file and either present them on your phone or print a copy on a nomal paper.
I did not receive a confirmation email for my order!
Confirmation emails are sent immediately upon completion of the transaction. If you have spam blocking or require senders to seek approval, you may not receive it. Please check the spam or junk mail folders before contacting iTickets.
How do a request a refund for my order?
All tickets are sold on a final sale basis. Policies defined by our clients prohibit iTickets from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased without their consent, which is not routinely granted.
NB: All decisions regarding the approval of refunds or exchanges are made by the venue/promoter/event. As a contracted ticketing agent, iTickets is bound by the decision of the venue/promoter/event.
Understanding that, you are able to request a refund if desired. Once that request is received by iTickets, we will forward it on to the venue/promoter of the show/event and get back in touch with you once we have an update from the venue/promoter.
I cant print my tickets ,I chose the EFT / Direct Deposit Payment Method
Please allow 24-48 working hours once payment has been made for the funds to reflect in our account. Once the payment has been received by us you will receive a new email with a link where you can print out your tickets.
Why is there not EFT Direct/Deposit payment option available for the event i want to book for?
EFT/Direct Deposit option closes 3 days before the start of the event; this is simply to ensure that we receive and process your payment in time and for you to receive the tickets.
