This Erasmus+ TCA seminar is designed for newcomers to Key Action 2 of the Erasmus+ programme who have little or no prior experience with it. Its main aim is to help participants navigate the initial hurdles of designing a small-scale partnership project (KA210, covering school education, VET and adult education) by providing the knowledge, skills and tools needed for project planning — refining the project idea, identifying the need for innovative outputs, ensuring quality, measuring impact, and securing visibility. The seminar also creates a space to plan the essential aspects of an international partnership project and ultimately aims to make the Erasmus+ programme more accessible to new and inexperienced organisations.
