The job shadowing activity took place in Athens from May 4th to 8th, 2026, and focused on vocational education and training practices in Greece. Participants attended presentations about the Greek educational system, digitalization in education, and collaboration between schools and companies for student internships. They also visited the AKMI Career and Internship Office and exchanged experiences with Greek teachers. Special attention was given to diversity management and inclusion in education through interactive discussions. The programme included the presentation of European good practices and EU projects, as well as a visit to the public VET school SAEK Glyfadas. The experience promoted international cooperation, professional development, and the sharing of innovative educational methodologies.
