Students may come into the library before or after school to help make display, shelve books or create their own library project. Students receive community service hours for their help.

Books and Bites is our student book club which is held once a month during all lunch periods. Students meet to share books they are currently reading and to share suggestions with peers.

Spelling Bee
The district spelling bee is sponsored by Scripp's Spelling Bee. Students first compete at the building level, then at the district level and then the county level.

Battle of the Books
Battle of the Books required students to form teams and read the 20 nominated Rebecca Caudill books. Students then compete to answer questions about the books.
