This course will cover advanced topics in computer networks. It provides a comprehensive overview on advanced topics in network protocols such as DHCP,DNS, and ARP. The course will cover both classic protocols and recent research topics such as cloud computing and software-defined networking (SDN). It will examine a wide range of topics, e.g., switching, natting, network architectures, datacenter networks, network virtualization, software-defined networking, and wireless networks, with an emphasize on core networking concepts and principles.
